Home Tech Requirements

If you plan to use your own personal devices for remote learning please make sure they meet these minimum requirements to comply with all necessary systems.

If your home devices do not meet these requirements please fill out our Home Technology Survey, or contact: techsupport@washingtonyuying.org to obtain a loaner device for remote learning.

All Devices: Camera, Microphone, and Speakers or Headphones.

Chromebooks: 11" screen, 4GB RAM (recommended), Chrome OS 78+

iPads: IOS 12 (IOS 13 recommended)

Windows PC: Windows 7-10 (Windows 10 recommended)

Macintosh: MacOS 10.12 (10.13+ recommended)

Browser compatibility:

• Chrome 81+

• Safari 11+

• Firefox 66+

• Microsoft Edge 79+ (Not compatible with all systems)

Android: NOT RECOMMENDED

Kindle Fire: NOT RECOMMENDED
